Terms of Use

Last updated September 26, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and CubCloud AI (“CubCloud,” “we,” “us”) for CubRM, the CubCloud AI agentic customer platform, and the public pages on this site. By creating an account, signing in, or using CubRM, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using CubRM for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes both you and that organization.

The service

CubRM lets an organization keep customer records — including clients, contacts, deals, tasks, and timesheets — and work from them with the people and tools CubCloud provides. We may change, add, or remove features. We may suspend the service for maintenance or when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service or its users.

Accounts

  • You must be authorized to use the workspace you sign in to.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • Tell us promptly at hello@cubcloud.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that violates these Terms or that we cannot verify.

Your data

You keep ownership of the customer records and other content you submit to CubRM (“Your Data”). You grant CubCloud a limited license to host, copy, display, and process Your Data only to provide and secure CubRM, and to follow your instructions. You are responsible for having the rights and notices needed to submit Your Data, including personal information about your customers and staff.

How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You will not:

  • Use CubRM in violation of law, or to store or share unlawful content.
  • Attempt to access another customer’s workspace, or probe, scan, or breach the service.
  • Interfere with the service, including by introducing malware or overloading it.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide CubRM to third parties except as your organization’s own users.
  • Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for an organization.

Our intellectual property

CubRM, the CubCloud name and marks, and the software, design, and documentation we provide are owned by CubCloud or its licensors. These Terms do not give you any right in them except the limited right to use CubRM while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the service except where the law forbids that restriction.

Confidentiality

Customer records in CubRM are confidential. We will not use another customer’s records except to provide the service, to comply with law, or with that customer’s permission. You will not access or use another organization’s records.

Disclaimers

CubRM is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. CubRM can assist your work. It does not replace your own judgment about customers, contracts, or compliance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CubCloud will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of these Terms or your use of CubRM. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for CubRM in the three months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you paid nothing. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Termination

You may stop using CubRM at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. When access ends, the license we granted you ends. Sections that by their nature should survive — including Your Data ownership, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in Missoula County, Montana, are the exclusive venue for disputes arising out of these Terms or CubRM, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for misuse of intellectual property or confidential information.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. If a change is material, we will give a more prominent notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use CubRM after the new Terms take effect means you accept them.
