Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Account information. Name, work email, username, password or sign-in code, profile photo, and role when you create or are given a CubRM account.
• Customer records you enter. Clients, contacts, deals, tasks, timesheets, notes, and files your organization stores in CubRM. You control what goes into those records.
• Technical information. Browser type, device, IP address, pages viewed, and the date and time of access, collected in server logs to operate and protect the service.

Cookies and local storage

CubRM uses a small number of cookies and similar storage, and only for the product itself:

• An authentication cookie that keeps you signed in. It is httpOnly and is not readable by page scripts.
• A cookie that stores basic profile details used to render the app.
• Local storage for preferences you set in the product, such as the workspace background.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; CubRM will not stay signed in if you do.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve CubRM.
• Authenticate you and administer your organization’s workspace.
• Respond to support and privacy requests.
• Send service messages, such as sign-in codes and password resets.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell personal information.

How we share information

We share personal information only in these cases:

• With people in your CubRM workspace, according to the roles your organization assigns.
• With vendors that host, email, or otherwise operate the service for us, and only under instructions to use the information for that purpose.
• If the law requires it, or to protect CubCloud, our customers, or the public from harm or fraud.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, in which case this policy still applies until you are told otherwise.

How long we keep it

We keep account and customer-record information for as long as your organization uses CubRM, and then for a limited period needed for backups, security, and legal obligations. Server logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the service. You can ask us to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to those limits.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and restricted credentials to protect CubRM. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate.
• Delete personal information, or restrict or object to certain uses.
• Receive a copy of information you provided, where the law requires portability.
• Appeal a decision we make about a privacy request.

To make a request, email hello@cubcloud.ai. We may need to confirm you are the person the information is about. You can also use the account page inside CubRM to update your profile.

Children

CubRM is a business product and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International use

CubCloud is based in Missoula, Montana, in the United States. If you use CubRM from another country, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide a more prominent notice, such as an email or an in-product message.
